Terms of Payment

Effective Date: April 23, 2026
These Terms of Payment ("PayPal, Mastercard, Visa card") govern all payments, purchases, subscriptions, upgrades, storage plans, services, and other paid features made available through 2XFILE.

By making a payment, placing an order, purchasing a plan, upgrading an account, or otherwise using any paid service provided by 2XFILE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms.
1. Payment Authorization
By submitting a payment to 2XFILE, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount displayed at the time of purchase.

You confirm that:

The payment information provided by you is accurate and valid.
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
You have sufficient authorization to complete the transaction.
You are responsible for all information submitted during the payment process.
You agree to pay all applicable charges associated with the service or plan selected.

2XFILE is not responsible for payment failures caused by inaccurate payment information, insufficient funds, payment-provider restrictions, bank restrictions, technical failures outside the reasonable control of 2XFILE, or actions taken by the card issuer or payment provider.
2. Prices and Charges
All prices displayed on 2XFILE are subject to change at any time.

The applicable price for a purchase is the price displayed and confirmed at the time the transaction is submitted, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2XFILE reserves the right to:

Change prices, plans, storage limits, features, or service fees.
Introduce new paid services or discontinue existing paid services.
Correct pricing, technical, or typographical errors.
Apply applicable taxes, duties, processing fees, or other legally required charges.

Any future price change will not retroactively alter a transaction that has already been successfully completed, unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

2XFILE may not receive or store complete payment-card information when payment processing is performed by a third-party payment provider.

You acknowledge that payment providers may apply their own terms, conditions, security procedures, verification requirements, transaction limits, and processing rules.

2XFILE is not responsible for delays, refusals, reversals, holds, verification procedures, or other actions taken by a third-party payment processor or financial institution, except where such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Order Confirmation
A payment submission does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted or completed.

2XFILE reserves the right to review, refuse, suspend, cancel, or reverse a transaction where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
Payment-method abuse.
Duplicate transactions.
Incorrect pricing or technical errors.
Violation of 2XFILE policies or Terms.
Chargeback abuse or payment disputes.
Suspicious account activity.
Transactions that cannot be verified or successfully processed.

If a transaction is cancelled by 2XFILE before the corresponding service is provided, any refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy and applicable law.
5. Activation of Paid Services
A paid plan, upgrade, storage allocation, subscription, or other paid feature may be activated only after the payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.

A transaction that is pending, declined, reversed, disputed, cancelled, or otherwise not successfully completed does not constitute a completed purchase.

2XFILE may delay activation where additional payment verification or fraud-prevention checks are reasonably required.
6. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
Where a service is offered on a recurring-payment basis, the applicable subscription fee may be charged automatically according to the billing interval displayed at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a recurring service, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for each applicable billing period until the subscription is cancelled.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

If a recurring payment fails, 2XFILE may, subject to applicable law and the applicable service terms:

Restrict or suspend the affected paid features.
Prevent further use of the affected service.
Retry the payment.
Request an updated payment method.
Cancel the subscription.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already charged or for an already commenced billing period, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under the applicable Refund Policy.
7. Upgrades and Plan Changes
When purchasing an upgrade or changing a paid plan, the applicable features, storage capacity, duration, price, and other conditions will be those displayed and confirmed during the purchase process.

Once an upgrade or plan change has been successfully processed, the resulting account configuration may be subject to the terms applicable to the selected plan.

2XFILE does not guarantee that changing to a lower-capacity or otherwise different plan will preserve all benefits, storage capacity, features, or usage allowances associated with a previous plan.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the selected plan is appropriate for your storage and usage requirements.
8. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable except where:

A refund is expressly provided under the applicable 2XFILE Refund Policy;
2XFILE voluntarily approves a refund;
A refund is required by applicable law; or
The transaction was successfully charged but the purchased service was not provided due to an error attributable to 2XFILE.

Refund eligibility may depend on the type of service purchased, the time elapsed since payment, whether the service has been used, and the circumstances of the request.

Where a refund is approved, 2XFILE may process the refund through the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal, you agree to contact 2XFILE and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of the associated account, subject to applicable law.

Where a chargeback is initiated for a transaction that was legitimately authorized and successfully fulfilled, 2XFILE reserves the right to provide relevant transaction, account, service-usage, and payment records to the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or dispute-resolution authority for the purpose of responding to the claim.

Any account restriction resulting from a payment dispute may remain in effect until the dispute has been resolved, subject to applicable law.
10. Fraud Prevention and Verification
To protect 2XFILE, its users, and payment systems, transactions may be subject to automated or manual security and fraud-prevention checks.

You can:

2XFILE may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to confirm the legitimacy of a transaction.

If a transaction cannot be reasonably verified, 2XFILE may delay, reject, cancel, or reverse the transaction and may restrict related account activity where permitted by law.
11. Taxes and Additional Charges
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, governmental charges, or other amounts that may legally apply to your purchase, except for taxes that 2XFILE is legally required to collect and remit.

The final amount payable will be displayed during the applicable checkout or payment process where such information is available.
12. Currency and Exchange Rates
Payments may be processed in the currency displayed during checkout or by the applicable payment provider.

If your bank or payment provider converts the transaction into another currency, the exchange rate and any currency-conversion fees are determined by that provider.

2XFILE is not responsible for losses, fees, or differences resulting from currency conversion performed by a bank, card issuer, or payment processor.
13. Errors and Incorrect Transactions
If a payment is processed incorrectly due to a technical, pricing, billing, or administrative error, 2XFILE reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to correct the error and take reasonable steps to rectify the affected transaction.

This may include correcting an incorrect charge, cancelling an incorrectly processed transaction, or adjusting an incorrectly granted service or benefit.
14. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all purchases and payment activity conducted through your account unless you can demonstrate that the transaction was unauthorized and that you complied with your account-security obligations.

You must maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and promptly notify 2XFILE of any suspected unauthorized access or payment activity.

2XFILE is not responsible for transactions resulting from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials, except where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
15. Suspension for Non-Payment
If an amount due to 2XFILE remains unpaid, is reversed, is charged back, or cannot be successfully collected, 2XFILE may restrict or suspend the associated paid services.

Suspension or termination for non-payment does not automatically cancel amounts that have already become due.

Where permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for legitimate outstanding amounts incurred before suspension or termination.
16. No Circumvention of Payment Controls
You may not attempt to circumvent, manipulate, exploit, or interfere with 2XFILE's payment, billing, subscription, upgrade, refund, or account-credit systems.

Any attempt to obtain paid services without valid payment, exploit billing errors, manipulate payment confirmations, abuse promotional mechanisms, or otherwise circumvent payment controls may result in immediate suspension or termination of the affected account and may be subject to further action where appropriate.
17. Third-Party Payment Providers
Where payments are processed by third-party providers, those providers may impose additional terms and conditions.

2XFILE does not control the internal systems, policies, availability, security procedures, processing times, or decisions of independent payment providers.

Any dispute concerning the operation of a third-party payment service may also be subject to the terms of that payment provider.
18. Payment Records
2XFILE may maintain records relating to payments, orders, transactions, account upgrades, subscriptions, refunds, cancellations, disputes, and related account activity for legitimate business, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, legal, and compliance purposes.

Such records may be used to verify transactions and respond to payment disputes or claims.
19. Changes to These Payment Terms
2XFILE reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Payment Terms from time to time.

The updated version will become effective when published on the 2XFILE website unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Your continued use of paid services after the effective date of updated Payment Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2XFILE will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from payment-processing delays, payment-provider failures, bank actions, currency conversion, transaction declines, temporary payment-system unavailability, or other circumstances the reasonable control of 2XFILE.

Nothing in these Payment Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
21. Compliance With Applicable Law
These Payment Terms are intended to be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If any provision of these Payment Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
22. Acceptance of Payment Terms
By completing a purchase or using any paid service provided by 2XFILE, you acknowledge that:

1. You have reviewed these Payment Terms.
2. You understand the payment obligations applicable to your purchase.
3. You agree to be bound by these Payment Terms.
4. You confirm that the payment method used is authorized for the transaction.
5. You accept responsibility for complying with the applicable payment, account, refund, and service conditions.
